Our Service Technician was Joe Anderson. He was the first person EVER in my life to actually show up on time for service at my house. He was very respectful towards me and my home. Joe was extremely professional and thorough while inspecting my home as I explained my troubles and he, in turn, was very honest and transparent about the process and what he was doing to solve my problems. As we had just discovered termites were in our wall after we were hit with some water damage after a water main break; one could imagine the stress and anxiety that my fiancee and I were experiencing.

I highly recommend Witt for the quality of service and the staff. We’ve had Witt for over a year and a half now and they have always exceeded our expectations. Anytime we call with an issue, the office staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the field staff show up and resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. We recently worked with Joe who was able to determine exactly where mice were hiding out in our home. All four mice were caught within two hours and we haven’t had any issues since.
