I'm really happy to have signed up for pest management with this company. Customer service is top notch, they are always available on the phone to help you out and the staff are very friendly and responsive. The technicians that we have seen at our property, Mark and Kat are both really great, friendly and accommodating. We previously had pest management done by another company ( a franchise) and I'm glad we switched to Witt.

This review is actually about 2 years late. I got a newsletter from Witt and it jogged my memory that I'm sitting in comfort because of them. Somehow, my family ended up with bedbugs the fall of 2019. So embarrassing, right?! But nobody is 100% safe from them. I think I got them from my job at the time. I called WITT and they set up a visit ASAP and then a treatment plan. I think Steve was our WITT pro's name, if not I'm sorry, but he was so nice and informative and didn't make us feel embarrassed.
