I was pleasantly surprised and extremely impressed by not only his concern for me and my families needs but the determination to get the job done and to get it done right. Usually when a company sets a appointment for you in the late afternoon you are going to get an employee that is just in the mindset to get this last one done and go home. That was what I was expecting. But that definitely wasn’t the case. Sam was real knowledgeable. He schooled me and gave me advice wen dealing with some of these bugs.
