FANTASTIC! Stanley came out to asess our carpenter ant issue. He was amazingly knowledgable, honest, and was able to find their nest! The company offers a 1yr guarantee on their service (e.g. if you see the ants again, they will come back for free).What a great company!!! A true find!

FOLLOW UP: 48hrs later all the ants are gone!! Stanley said to expect them to be fully gone in 7-10 dys but as of the time he left to now (48hrs) I have not seen a single ant!!

Yellowjackets colonized a chair on the front porch. A good Wasp Freeze treatment from Tim helped a lot, but the YJs re-colonized. I got my own Wasp Freeze and that finished off the chair colony. But they found sanctuary in a little electric clock! Called Witt for advice and was told (I'd forgotten I guess) that there's a 30 day warranty. Tim returned and zapped the clock for free. Very happy the problem is solved. Good job.
