Zach was great! We have been customers of Witt for almost a year and this was by far our best expierence. Previous technicians came and set traps but never worked to rid our house of mice. Not Zach. He spent time explaining what he was doing and how he is going to work with us to get rid of the mice for good. Prior to this experience I planned to cancel our service because I wasn't satisfied.
