I had ant problem. I'm not sure if it's carpenter or termite. The house had termite issue before. I scheduled a inspection. Donald stopped by and checked. He told me it's not a termite issue, which makes me much easy. He said carpenter ant is not active during the early winter. It's better to remove them next spring. He didn't charge anything. They consider the best results first, not just make money.
