Our technician, Zach, is super knowledgeable, friendly and honest about the services needed at our first home. He advised us on how to proceed into the future, what to keep an eye out for, how things were looking as of now. He walked us through the entire building and outside spaces to teach and explain to us what was occurring. We laughed and had a great time in the process! The welcome email gives clients a photo and description of the professional scheduled to come meet with us. This was really really thoughtful touch so that we knew who to keep an eye out for day of.
