Joe came out the next day to address it and let me know of possible things I could do to prevent other pest problems from happening in the future. Neal our service tech was extremely prompt and courteous. His window was 8a - 10a, he was here by 8:05. Introduced himself, did the home inspection, and treated areas we didn’t even know existed. He was very thorough, and since it was pouring rain when he was here, he said if there were any issues within the next couple days to call back and he would come right out.
