Zach was great! We have been customers of Witt for almost a year and this was by far our best expierence. Previous technicians came and set traps but never worked to rid our house of mice. Not Zach. He spent time explaining what he was doing and how he is going to work with us to get rid of the mice for good. Prior to this experience I planned to cancel our service because I wasn't satisfied. Zach has completely turned my bad experience around. I will be requesting him everytime now. Thanks Zach for working to help us get rid of this problem finally!
