First of all I was late for my appointment. Zach waited instead of leaving. He was patient and didn’t act annoyed in any way because of my mistake. When he came inside to inspect he was thorough from beginning to end. He asked me questions to assess what caused my initial problem. He was professional and always asked me before he went in a room or did something. He never pushed anything; his main goal was to provide information and let me make the decisions. He is a great face of WITT. Shout out to the main office for excellent customer service as well. Would highly recommend.
