I had spotted a little field mouse in my kitchen on a Tuesday night. I called Witt Pest on Wednesday morning. A day later, Thursday at 2:30pm the technician showed up. Her name was Kat. She spent a little over an hour evaluating the house, upstairs, downstairs, and outside. Set 3 different kinds of traps in multiple places. By 8:00 pm that night I found the first 2 dead mice. By 6:00 am the next morning 2 more. The mouse I happened to see was just the vanguard of a nest that had formed in my basement, where the outside wall and the basement ceiling met.
