I think a company that takes full responsibility of miscommunication or any misunderstanding with a customer is a company that stands for professionalism and honesty.

With my initial services there was some confusion, but the President at Witt was sure to follow up with me . Adam was very personable and understanding! He made me feel heard as a customer that wasn’t fully happy with the communication through booking.

I decided to go with this company based on the reviews that I read online, even though you can never tell if they are legit or not. I have a difficult tenant that complained and wanted me to get an exterminator after seeing three silverfish. She wanted me to go with another well known-named company since she had a good experience with them but I chose Witt. I thought I would get nothing but complaints for choosing someone else but when the technician left, she contacted me and could do nothing but praise the technician and said that this was the best company.
