Professional, quick and informative! This company gets the job done and without many ad hoc or emergency calls between refreshes. Also, it is great that I have a personable technician!! We have great conversations!!! And they aren’t just about the bait boxes! LOL

First off, the customer service in scheduling and explaining Witt’s services was excellent. We were able to get a service call scheduled the same week. Rob was very knowledgeable and identified our problem right away! He took care of the issue and set up a return visit for the following week. I feel so much better knowing Witt will be taking care of our home!

The technician was professional and thorough. He investigated the presence of rodents and possible points of entry. He sealed one possible site. He left various detectors and baits. Time will tell if this is sufficient but a Good start was made.
