Nathan was so helpful. He took the time to read dispatch’s notes before the appt, checked all areas we were worried about (and then some!) and identified a few possible solutions. He explained everything he did in detail and educated on what to look out for, mouse patterns and how to best protect our home with regards to our own habits. He was mindful about keeping things safe for our baby and dog. This was a positive experience, after a not helpful prior experience with someone else. I will also say that the office/dispatch was also very helpful.
